Abusiveness phenomenon is an essentially political, social and economi-cal fact in all territories that determines a disadvantage in the community and in its environment. Architectural is “the science of living” and it is called to answer on a problem which is progressively go destroying living places. Architectural must therefore answers to housing needs. Abusiveness is a housing emergency which oppresses towns and citiziens. Architectural does-n’t feel guilty because for too many years architects did something else, cor-rupted building did the rest.
